3. Installation Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

• By purchasing, installing, or using any armorkunsteer.com product, you accept full responsibility for any risks or consequences associated with modifying your vehicle.

4. Warranty, Liability Limitations & Express Negligence Clause

armorkunsteer.com provides limited warranties for certain products. However, armorkunsteer.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Steering wheel or component failure
• Airbag malfunctions, including non-deployment, delayed deployment, or unintended deployment.
• Electrical or mechanical failures related to product installation
• Any damage to persons, vehicles, or property resulting from use or misuse of our products

EXPRESS NEGLIGENCE CLAUSE:

By purchasing any product from armorkunsteer.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that armorkunsteer.com is NOT responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses, EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF armorkunsteer.com OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES.

This waiver explicitly applies to claims of negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, or other legal theories that may otherwise hold armorkunsteer.com responsible.

5. No Affiliation with OEM Manufacturers (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.)

armorkunsteer.com is not affiliated, associated, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, or any other automobile manufacturer.

Any use of brand names, trademarks, or vehicle models is strictly for reference and compatibility purposes only.

Modifications to safety-critical components such as airbag covers may create confusion for customers who believe they are purchasing genuine OEM components, which could result in unsafe installations.

By purchasing our products, you fully acknowledge that these are aftermarket parts and not certified by any vehicle manufacturer.

6. Mandatory Arbitration & Legal Jurisdiction

By purchasing any product from armorkunsteer.com, you agree to resolve all disputes through mandatory arbitration rather than lawsuits in court.

• Arbitration will take place in Xuzhou Ciry, China.
• The arbitration process will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the Chinese Arbitration Association rules.
• You waive your right to file a lawsuit against armorkunsteer.com for any claim arising from product purchase, installation, or use.
• If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using any product from armorkunsteer.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver and disclaimer.
