We take pre-loved OEM, OEM equivalent, or any aftermarket steering wheel as the base, or in our language the core. Then reshape them and refinish them with different materials to your desired design. Thus, we will accommodate ALL MAKES AND MODELS.

Custom license plate frames usually take one to two weeks to make.

Custom steering wheels take a lot longer four to six weeks to make. If you want something simple it can be done in just one to two weeks.

All products are available to ship from China.

Air freight usually arrives in 3-10 days depending on the type of service and is a quick shipping option for samples and urgent orders.

Typically, sea freight will require from 15 to 45 days, depending upon the shipping route and type of vessel; sea freight is usually less expensive and will also be used for large volume shipments.

Please allow up to 10 days for shipping depending on your location in the world.

T/T: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment

L/C: Accepted for orders >$50,000 USD

Once we receive your quote, one of our steering wheel experts will look over the provided selections, identify any questions or clarifications for your build, then email you with the full details listed out with any questions we may have. Once you are satisfied with the build sheet, we will confirm your steering wheel selections and add it to our build schedule.

Typically we do not provide periodic updates until your wheel is nearing completion, around weeks 1-2. Once it is completed, we will be sure to send you photos to ensure the wheel is up to your specifications. From that point, it is typically one more week until the wheel has completely cured and is ready to ship out to you.

If it is within 1 week of confirming your selections, we MAY be able to make minor changes if needed. From that point, the wheel is likely in production and making changes may require additional costs to redo certain selections and will delay the final delivery date of your wheel. We ask that you try your best to be certain of your selections!

You have up to 72 hours to cancel your custom steering wheel order. After that period, the order cannot be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Each steering wheel is custom and handbuilt according to your exact specifications. Due to the custom nature of the product, as well as the build process that spans over several weeks, you cannot CANCEL OR RETURN your steering wheel after that time frame. Custom products are scheduled/started/built based your commitment to purchase the custom product that you ordered. IF A STEERING WHEEL IS RETURNED, THERE IS A 35% NON-NEGOTIABLE RESTOCKING FEE to cover the material cost, time, and 20+ hours of labor our custom steering wheels require to build.

You need not send your steering wheel to us. We use factory steering wheel cores to build your custom steering wheel. You then remove your stock steering wheel and swap over you buttons, harness, airbag, and paddle shifters to your new steering wheel.

Our custom steering wheels include an 12 months warranty for craftsmanship, electrical functions, etc. We do not warranty any faults that arise from negligence, accidents, customer supplied components, etc (button/paddle shifter mechanisms, airbag mechanisms, factory wiring harnesses, etc)
